                                Phobias

"A phobia can be explained as any persistent and irrational fear of a specific object, activity, or situation that results in a strong desire to avoid the feared or phobic stimulus.  Reactions to this fear may run from apprehension to panic."

You don't need a text book to know how you feel inside. You're scared, and you're not sure why. We help you to get to the roots of what is causing the phobia. In your inner subconscious mind it remembers everything that every happened to your soul all the way back to the very birth of your soul.  When you are doing something that reminds this inner part of an event or events that you had a strong aversion too.  You inner mind then kicks in what is known as your fight or flight response.  In the case of a phobia the response is flight.  When this happens you have a strong desire to get away from what ever is bothering you.  When we regress back to the event or events we will see the truth behind what is there and work through the cause changing perceptions to the event or events this new positive perception is what the mind grabs onto.  When this happens and you are now presented with the same situation as that which used to cause the phobia, now the information on this subject is positive in nature, now the feeling you get inside is positive.  When this happens the fight or flight response has no need to be kicked in and a happy, content feeling is the result, when now presented with the same stimulus.    In many cases this is done in just one to two hypnotherapy sessions. Below is a list of fears and phobias that we work with.
