I work with people who used to suffer from all kinds of pain. I have excellent success with getting to the roots of what is causing the pain. When a child is very small they cry to let us know they want things. This is their only communication as they can not yet talk. Much is the same with the body. It speaks to us though pain. It is it's way of letting us know we have unresolved emotional issues that need to be dealt with. They need to be expressed. Dr. John Sarno explains that the emotion causes abnormal response in the autonomic nervous system which in turn produces mild oxygen depravation in the muscles. This mild oxygen depravation can cause extreme pain. In my experience of working with people getting to the source of why the pain is there is the key to letting the pain go. Listen to the message that the body is trying to tell you. Let it know you will act on this. I have used EFT in combination with hypnosis to have success with people with all kinds of pain.

Migraines - This pain is so extreme that it will debilitate most people when this happens. They are not able to function while the pain is there. Migraines are one of my favorite things to work with. It is so easy to get to the roots of what is causing this pain as it is so easy for them to focus on it. I have had great success with helping people get rid of there migraines.

Pain from Accidents - Once a person is past the normal healing time for pain and the pain persists it is the cause of repression of emotion. Sometime anger at the person who caused the accident, sometime anger at self. There can be many reasons for this. Getting to the roots and working through them leads to wonderful healing.

Localized pain in body - The pain is there for a reason. Under hypnosis we can talk to the cell in that area and find out what the problem is. Many times the actual emotional cause is much different than the area affected. However in every case getting to the roots of why it's there is the key to healing and releasing the pain.
